Introduction

 

The programme has been designed primarily to suit the needs of the students who wish to pursue post graduation in Commerce. In the post-globalization period, there is a huge requirement of man power having M.Com degree to cater the needs of financial sector to help organization in understanding and properly integrating accounting policies and procedures so to maintain the uniformity and reliability in financial results of the organizations. The aim of M.Com is to equip graduates with knowledge regarding the fundamental disciplines of business and commerce; to provide graduates with the theoretical frameworks and analytical tools necessary to successfully manage the accounting system of modern enterprises; to ensure that graduates are equipped to act professionally and ethically in their chosen field; and to ensure that graduates are able to add significant value to their organization.

M.Com programme is designed for students who aspire to be accounting experts while having business knowledge at the same time; to be business leaders and managers of the future. Any B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)/ BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)/ BBM (Bachelor of Business Management)/ B.Sc (Economics)/ B.A. (Commerce)/ Graduation with Math or Economics as one of the subjects/ courses

Programme Fee₹ 8000 (per semester)

Examination Fee₹ 1500 (per semester)

Study Material Fee₹ 1000 (per semester)

 

Note:

  • Programme Fee for 1st semester will be payable at the time of admission. Fee for all other semester(s) will be payable as per the schedule prescribed by the university before the start of End Term Exam of corresponding semester/ year.

  • Examination fee will be payable along with the programme fee.

  • If a student wants to take printed Study Material, then he/ she is required to pay the Study Material fee separately at the time of receiving Study Material.

*Exclusive of one time Application Fee of Rs. 500/- to be paid at the time of new admission.
